Guest comments	Though it may be a small establishment, the environment and setting of the hotel and room are very cosy and comfortable. Room are well lit, clean and well equipped. It is truly value for money. Location wise is within walking distance to city centre and swan river. There are ample parking lots however, the lots are rather small.

Guest comments	The appartment hotel is super - very spacious and nice rooms and a great location at the quiet end of Perth' main shopping street. However, it was very disappointing to learn on arrival that they had lost our reservation even though we had booked and paid 10 months in advance! We had to wait 5 hours before we were informed that they even had a room for us. Despite this not too warm welcome we would deffinetely stay there again.

Guest comments	Staff were very friendly. Swipe cards to the lift and car park were great for security. A great location to travel in and out of the City as the free bus was 2 minutes across the road. Will stay here again.
