Very good hotel. The staff are very helpfull and is a very well located. Lots of shopping nearby, 5min walking to subway station. Recommended.

There is no ramp access from the lobby to the lift (have to take 4 steps up), would be difficult for people with heavy luggage. However, the hotel offers assistance. Also, there is no house phones at the lobby, have to go to the counter to dial up the room.

Nicely refurbished hotel. If you like the Wan Chai area, then this is a good place to stay.
Internet charge is very high; connection is good though.
