| Guest comments | Excellent location in the heart of the action! Great service (staff are friendly and happy to assist) and a fantastic buffet breakfast selection. Only a five minute walk to Namba Station through the hustle and bustle of shopping, eating and adventure! Room size was good for a Japanese hotel with a decent bathroom. | ||

| Guest comments | My wife and my 2 year old son and myself did stay @ Metro 21. The Rooms are tiny like most in Japan and the facilities where fine. There was lightning fast RJ45 internet cable in the room that managed to feed me 3mb/second. There was no child friendly anything in this hotel BUT saying that the staff where very happy to supply extra anything. Our double room had a double (regular) bed in it against a wall. There was every kind of extra in the bathroom hairbrush, razor, toothbrush and a few other bits too. the rooms where made up every day (well) . The hotel is well located in the food / party / shopping end of town and only a few minutes to 2 different sations (Namba being the best to kansi airport) Situated on the Dotomburi the hotel has a 7-11 downstairs. Maps and info from broken english speaking Reception was a bonus. VERY good included buffet breakfast. | ||

| Guest comments | The hotel was rather difficult to find, due to the many streets leading off from the main street. Better direction instructions would have been helpful. The hotel had fixed the air conditioning at warm temperatures. However, this made it extremely uncomfortable after some time in the room, and it was hot sleeping at night. The windows could not be opened as there was a ledge just outside, which exposed the room the theft or crime. Perhaps they could arrange for fans to be provided to guests who make the request. | ||
