Guest comments	HotelClub booking did not seem to be logged on reception computer but a suitable room provided. Hotel well located with a nice view of Treasury Gardens. Free City Circle tram stop just around the corner. Centre of the CDB only a 10 minute walk. Functional room but very clean and good service. Hair dryer cut out on overload. Lime cafe meals good quality but a little overpriced.

Guest comments	We stayed for a total of 6 days in the hotel. There is a need for the hotel to upgrade its room facilities - the carpet is quite old, some of the bathroom tiles are broken, etc. Overall, I give the hotel an average rating.
