Guest comments	This is a well run apartment hotel close to a tram stop as well as the main Southern Cross train station. The staff attended to any queries quickly and were generally very helpful. We would certainly stay again. The only negative comment would be the high price of internet access, which is now out of step with common practice.

Guest comments	staff extremly friendly at all times. location to casino fantasic as we were attending a show there. Room was tidy well lit. door to balcony was too heavy and hard to open

Guest comments	The room was very well laid out. My daughter was using a roll down bed in the living area and it woud have been helpful for a Black Out curtain to have been on that window as well, to give her privacey and a dark room to sleep in. It was quite clear when we booked that there were 3 in our party, but on arrival we found the room was laid out with towels for only 2 people. It did take 45 mins to receive the extra towel. One big thank you for the staff, my daughter left her game charger in the room, the staff found it and posted it straight back to our residental address.
