Guest comments	Great location with easy access to city restaurants and theatres, and short walk to Southbank precinct. Secure parking underneath the building, with lift access to the apartments. If your apartment is on Flinders St side of building you might be affected by noise from the railway.

Guest comments	This was our annual shopping trip to Melbourne and the best place we have stayed at in eight years. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Tram straight out the front and back door onto Flinders Lane is very convenient. Two bedroom apartment very spacious and we had a great view over the Yarra. Highly recommended and we will be trying to book here again next year.
