The hotel is in a great location - right next to the Star Ferry, and walking distance to great shopping. The service was just great, and the food menu was varied and good quality. However, the walls in the rooms are so thin that normal conversations can easily be heard. But that was the only criticism. Otherwise, we really enjoyed staying there.

Unfriendly staff and we had to wait 30 minutes for luggage to be delivered to room, only happened after I went chasing the luggage.
Condition of suite was poor, doors chipped, carpet grubby, wallpaper damaged.
