| Guest comments | The rooms badly need a complete make-over. Old sanitary in bathrooms make them look unclean. Hard to find a plug for your computer. And, 1000 pesos for an internet connection.... If you stay at this Mandarin you'll never go to another one. At 100 US$ a few years ago it was OK. But at 200! | ||

| Guest comments | Overall, value for money even without breakfast. Spacious room and bath, could do better to improve on the bed. 20" TV needs to be upgraded and position is too high. | ||

| Guest comments | Very nice hotel in great location. The room was large and clean however was freshly painted or previous person staying there spilt nail polish remover which left a lasting smell. The prices were a bit over the top for many items especially $10 for a glass of juice. If ever staying in Manila again will definately stay there again. The staff were extremely friendly. | ||
