Guest comments	The air conditioning system is very bad. Room is really hot. And when you complain people will not give any solution to your problem but instead they will just apologize. Price at first is okay and location was good but after 1night Ohh Gosh. I know why... I've been to many hotels but this one you cannot sleep well at night. Once you enter the room it's like summer. And we had a triple room and we've paid for that. But the hotel will provide you one water one shampoo and etc. I hope they will improve the system and I also hope people from the hotel can speak english. Korea is a very nice place and something to see. But personally i will not recommend this hotel. Simply because you wanted to relax and enjoy your vacation and you cannot do it in this hotel. Even the breakfast, always the same food everyday. So if you stayed 6nights imagine your going to eat the same food everyday, even the arrangement is the same. Wow. terrible. ........

Guest comments	I loved this hotel. First of all, I got a super great deal from [your website]. When I arrived my room was not cleaned due to some comupter problems , but the problem was corrected real quick and they even gave me a free upgrade to business class. I really loved the people behind the counter, they were very friendly, warm and was always there to assist you in any way. This is a country where people dont smile that much but the staff at this hotel always greeted you with a smile and bow. I even asked one of the staff about where to eat some good Korean food (the places where she ate at) and she acutally walked me to the restaurent. What service. I recommend this to any one who visits Korea. Oh and I even got to see a Korean actor there, he stars in a KBS drama called unstoppable wedding.

Guest comments	Good location. Some rooms with good river view, but without curtains, and some rooms with curtains but facing another building to close. Good service and very good lobby ambience. Breakfast not included in the rooms price is high (19 US$ per person).
