Guest comments	We enjoyed this Hotel in general. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the magnificent views out of the window. Kate at reception (from 4.0pm-11.00pm) was a shining light and the housekeeping staff that we encountered were helpful and obliging. However, in general the reception staff seemed somewhat impersonal (repeated requests for washing powder resulted in the same reply that "we are out of stock "), the traffic noise was quite loud at times and the lifts were slow and squeaky, to say the least.

Guest comments	We found that most hotels in Tassie didn't have air conditioning and were very hot. Everything else was great and the huge T.V. was terrific for watching Australian Open Final !
