Guest comments	This is probably the best and most friendly hotel I have stayed at in Japan in the 15 plus years of visiting the country. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpfull even by the nornally high Japanese standards. A high point is the coffee room down stairs. Even comming from a part of Melbourne that is called little Italy and prides itself on the coffee this was very good coffee. By Japanese standards it is quite literally the best cup of coffee I have had in the country. Location is excellent with a subway in front of the hotel that can get you to the Sendai station in 2 minutes and less than 10 minutes to the station on foot. Cant say enough good about this hotel.
