| Guest comments | The hotel was in renovation and when i had entered the room, there is a heavy smell of dust and the linen was not clean throughly. When i had requested for another room, i was given a room that is more worst than the original room. The lighting in the room is more worst than the light in my store room. when i told the Assistant Manager that i would like to upgrade my room, i was told that there is no more room in the hotel even i am willing to pay for the upgrade. The Assistant Manager had given me the impression that i am asking for free upgrade where i do not have any intention to get the upgrade for free... I surely would not recommend this hotel to anyone even this is the last hotel there is in Hong Kong!! | ||

| Guest comments | Rooms are not what they ae presented to be on the internet, however with a great deal of persistance and three rooms we did get a reasonable room, but we did have to complain twice in order to get moved into a third room close to what we thought we had booked. The bathroom was not up to standard, with cracked tiles and mould which they thought was acceptable, I did not. The hotel face where our room was located was covered with green mesh so there was no view other thana view into our room for the workers who were working on the front of the building. | ||

| Guest comments | The hotel was very close to the Star ferry to travel over to Hong Kong Island and Nathan Road. The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. The hallways of the hotel were very low and the corridors were not very attractive. The room was clean, an adequate size with two chairs, small table, TV, coffee faciliates, a double and single bed and a bathroom. The view out the window was not very attractive however we only stayed in the room to sleep. It was a pleasant hotel for the price. | ||
