| Guest comments | Rooms very small, bar not open. Too far away from centre of city, long walk. OK if going to Telstra Dome or Convention Centre. Not much in the way of restaurants within close proximity. Staff very friendly. Price would have to be less for me to stay there again. | ||

| Guest comments | Service was pretty average. We weren't advised that the room key also operated the lifts. The size and prices of the lockers should be available at the service desk. Room service menu could have a fresh pizza. Frozen pizza doesn't go well with Melbourne's reputation for fine cuisine. A toasted cheese and tomato sandwich is more appealing. Overall not bad. | ||
