| Guest comments | No plugs for either the bathroom hand basin or kitchen sink. The bedroom blind was broken, fortunately I found the missing slat and repaired it myself! Very, very poor lighting. No 24 hour service desk, in fact no safe keeping facilities over the Easter weekend! Rubbish in the passage way was there for 3 days! The shower was incredibly small - smaller then one in a cabin on a cruise ship. WILL NEVER, NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, in fact I will be very cautious about booking through [website] again. | ||

| Guest comments | We did book a room for five but there were only four single beds and as we arrived late afternoon and had planned to go out again we didn't complain, instead shared a bed. Also there were only four towels. We were on the first floor and there was a lot of rubbish on a concrete area outside the bedroom windows. Inside was very clean. | ||

| Guest comments | The location of the hotel is great as it is walking distance to all the main shopping area. Unfortunately when we were there, on a few of the nights, it was very noisy between 10.30pm to about 3am. I believe this is to do with the fact that it is a university lodge and students live very different hours. | ||
