This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms had the most superb view over the harbour area, which we really enjoyed, especially as we stayed for a week. The location was excellent and train station about a 2 minute walk away, so, easy to get everywhere. There is a super shopping mall just 3 stops away. Everything at the New Grand was perfect and the service, truly 5 star! The girls at the guest relations desk were great. They went out of their way to help and answer all our questions regarding all sorts of tourist info and how to get from A to B etc.. They even found us an airport hotel on a very busy Japanese holiday night and arranged to have our bags sent directly to that hotel. Thank you New Grand for a wonderful stay!
