| Guest comments | This hotel will be well located when the building works that border it on two sides are finished. I had the feeling that all the money had been spent on the lobby. That said, all the staff were friendly, the room I was given was quiet and Perth is small so you are close to the centre and also to the train station. | ||

| Guest comments | A reasoable hotel in need of renovation. Many good facilities, but all look "tired". The most overpriced buffet breakfast on the planet. | ||
