Guest comments	The staff at the hotel were very professional, but also very warm and welcoming. As we had never been to Melbourne, they were also very helpful, particularly providing directions to the venues we were to visit, along with the best mode of transport. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel - a real feast. The location was excellent.

Guest comments	The foyer, bar and dining area were lovely but once the lift doors opened on our floor (5th) it was very disapointing. The chest of draws in the room could not be used as the door handle from the main door stopped the draws from opening. I probably wouldn't stay again.
