Guest comments	Although room size was smaller but hotel was excellent. Staff was more than helpful and hotel was nicely located and has easy access to Subways and Trains for anywhere in Tokyo and Japan, respectively. I would like stay in this hotel again sometimes in future.

Guest comments	the room requested was a non smoking room but what i got was a room that smelt excessivly of cigarete smoke. the lolcation is great close to cat, metro & jr stations. eating facilties inculding noodle resteraunt, a bakrey & mini mart are just 1 minute wakling distance. would definantly stay again

Guest comments	The state of the room is great considering the very reasonable price. I stayed in a single room which was quite small but the room has all the basic facilities, including TV, fridge and radio. There are vending machines on each floor. The service was excellent, and the staff there were helpful. I would definately go and stay there again in the future.
