Guest comments	An excellent hotel right in the heart of Brisbane's best shopping district. It is a quiet, relaxing place to stay with the best amenities. Staff are friendly, professional and attentive. Lovely range of toiletries in ensuite. Rooms are a little small but for AU$40 per room/night you can upgrade to the executive lounge which serves breakfast, morning and afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks and snacks. Definately worth the extra. Highly reccommend this hotel for business and tourists (especially for shopaholics)

Guest comments	Great location, great for shopaholics too the shopping centers were right at your doorstep. It is close to everything public transport, AIRTRAIN, train from airport to city. The Casino, southbank. We had to call twice to get fresh milk for our teas one morning and after 1 hour from the inital call there was still no milk and we had to leave for sightseeing, we mentioned this reception and they kindly left milk in our room however they left it on the desk and we didn't go back into the room very late, it was a lovely gesture though. WILL STAY AGAIN AND AGAIN!
