The check in was quick and the staff (Emily) was pleasant.
The Brasserie food was fantastic. I would recommend the lamb and the strawberry ice cream (best I've ever tasted). I was mildly surprised that the Outlet Manager saw us at the entrance from afar (it was around 4 pm and the restaurant was very empty) and quickly came to take down our reservations for dineer at 7 pm. Who can complain with aservice like this!
The location was good with a wonderful view of Victoria Park and the Adelaide Hills beyond. If your ar eon the higher floors facing the Adelaide Hills, wake up early and watch the sun rise. The city tram stops just in front of the hotel!
I enjoyed Adelaide so much and the stay at the Hilton just made it even the more memorable.
