I checked in on 6Mar08 and checked out on 8Mar08. For the rate of $104 a day that I paid, this is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel although I would say that the room was ok. The front desk staffs were ok too but the restaurant servers were BAD! The service was very slow and worse they forgot to what I ordered. I ended up getting my own coffee because the servers wont even come to my table.
Given a choice, I would not go back tot this hotel unless the rates are cut back drastically.

Excellent staff ! Comfortable,safe hotel minutes from Mall of Asia (FREE shutttle !) and airport. My one complaint : They need to soundproof the rooms. Despite being on the 6th floor, the noise from the street below was so loud. Seemed as if I had my window open. If you need silence to sleep, this will be a problem. That is my only complaint. Overall a good place to stay.
