Not that much is cheap in Singaporee - but the Harbour Ville Hotel is miles from anywhere - need to take a taxi all the time. Room was 3 metres x 3 metres; bathroom was 2 metres x 1 metre. No spare powerpoints. Expensive Internet and laundry - you have to find it yourself - no help from Reception.
Only good thing is all taxi drivers can find the place. Okay for 1 night - maybe.
