Guest comments	Being in Old Town can make access dificult. Electrical sockets of most unusual type not seen before, no plugs traceable in Hanoi to fit; had to unplug supplied computer from extension lead and connect own two pin extension lead to connect cameras, phones and computer to enable charging. Noise from nightclub next door sounded like distressed diesel engine on 4th floor, on 1st floor would need ear pads if UK health and safety laws applied. Good hotel ruined by nightclub.
