Guest comments	Location is good and very central but we struggled to communicate as we only speak English. We ended up going elsewhere to book tours because of this. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Restrictions on the internet facilities didn't help us as travelling business people.

Guest comments	Certainly no complaints for the room. Stayed on the 19th Floor, a no smoking floor but the view from the room was no view at all because one is staring at a multi storey flats. The hot breakfast buffet was good.

Guest comments	The staffs are helpful. Only one unpleasant thing is that the food in Ciao cafe is not nice, and it took extremely long time to serve.
