We liked the central location. A few minutes away from MRT, malls and eating places.
The service is efficient and the breakfast is reasonable.
Price is a bit high and you need to bring along the street address as not all cab drivers knows the name as they had changed names a couple of times.

I enjoyed my two nights at the hotel. A beautiful room, great breakfast, very friendly staff and in a good location - close to transport, shops and the clarke quay area. I walked everywhere. I would definitely stay there again.

Cancellation of our shuttle from Manchester to London meant that we missed our flight to Singapore, but enter Leonard in reception at Grand Plaza Park who made perfect sense of a garbled 'phone call to hold the room, and then welcomed us like old friends at 6am in the morning, rather than 6pm the previous evening! Great service and great location. Would certainly stay there again.
