Given the extremely cheap price, the small room with very quiet air conditioning was excellent.
The staff gave me my wake up call as promised.
Don't be put off by this hotel being in a red light district. You will not be hassled in any way shape or form. Singapore is very safe.
I have stayed at this hotel with rooms on both sides. The glazing seems thick enough to almost obliterate street noise.
All up, very good value for money and easily accessible from Changi Airport via train for a bargain price of under SGD$2 each way to Aljunied MRT station, then about a six minute walk, crossing Sims Road, and walking south down to Geylang Road. Lorong 20 is first lane walking west along Geylang Road.

Fairly clean but tiny room and limited facilities aren't compensated for by the low price. Staff were friendly and accommodating but the location and nature of the rooms means I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was small and there was little space for a suitcase. All the basics were there. I did not find the staff particularly helpful or even interested. The area is certainly a red light hang out, but you can ignore them easily enough. Good price for Singapore.
