Like most HK Budget hotel, the room is relatively small. It can comfortably take MAX no more than 2 petite-sized girls, shorter than 1.6m for the bed is not big. Mattress is rather hard too & room not sound-proof (can hear knocks on neighbours' door & some traffic sound from the street).
Other than these, everything else was prefect for the price you pay, it's clean, staff friendly, aircon cold enough and the +pt, internet connectivity was VERY GOOD and FAST, loaded all my photos & videos on FB within 2-3 mins. Breakfast was simple. Location was terrific, 5 mins walk to Jordan MTR and just 1 str behind Nathan Road. There's a 7-11 and 24hrs cafe beside the hotel. The citybus A21 bus-stop (to & from airport) is just around the corner! It was convenient and safe for I was alone, so it was easy to navigate back to hotel in the night.
Overall, it was a good experience for a budget stay and will surely go back again.

I have stayed in this hotel last year and was given a no window unit, this year, I have a great stay there, the room seems to be bigger and I have a window to my room, although there is no scenic view but it gives me `light' and an indication of day and night. The location of this hotel is so far the best if you are looking for a budget hotel that cost less than S$100 in the busy district of Kowloon. The night market is just next door and if you walk further to Mongkok, you will reach Ladies Streeet in 15 min. Remember to bring your own shampoo, not included in the room. Breakfast is simple but filling, adequate if you are looking for something light and healthy in the morning.
