| Guest comments | The location is near the reputed Wynn and StarWorld Hotel. However, the beds are really stiff.. I didn't ell rested at all in the morning cos it really was uncomfortable. It felt as if I was sleeping on a tatami mat rather than a mattress! They don't provide complimentary tea or coffee or sugar, though they do have a kettle in the room. They share a shuttle service to the hotel from the ferry terminal but it is rather hard to find cos it is shared with a few other hotels. I spent about half an hour trying to locate the shuttle and at least 10 minutes on the phone with the staff. Staff, though friendly, do not speak English well enough to understand questions or requests. This makes it quite stressful. | ||
