Guest comments	Room not hoovered in 8 nights. Excellent location on Hay Street retaurant slightly overpriced for what you get would advise taking a short walk over to Northbridge and getting a better meal cheaper.

Guest comments	I wouldn't stay here normally but when you want a bed for the night and for a good price, you can't go wrong. Nothing fancy, good location. People will moan about this place but what do you expect for the price.
