When my friend & I arrived at the Resort we were greeted by concierge & they took our bags while my friend & I checked if our room was ready. We were able to check in at 10.30am instead of having to wait until 2pm which was much appreciated. We were able to get a room with 2 double beds & we also had a view as we were on the 19th Floor. The only thing that was a bit of an eyesore was the construction being carried out a street away. Next time I would ask to have a room over the other side of the hotel. The room was fine for what my friend & I needed as we didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were out sight seeing.
I would definately stay at this resort again as the staff were friendly & helpful. The decor in the room is abit outdated but the room was clean & all the appliances worked.

The hotel was nice.
At the moment i would not recommend this hotel, there is building
construction going on from 6.30am to 6.30pm monday to saturday
directly oppisite the hotel. Trying to relax by the pool was just so noisy. We were woken up early every day. We stayed in room 2707 which was big and spacious, maybe after construction is finished we may stay there again

Althought we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the price per night was a little expensive, however we love the location and were very pleased to have a high level with excellent views of the beach and Surfers Paradise.
