Guest comments	This is my 3 visit to the hotel. It is very convenient to city and shops. However, the bed is too old/soft.

Guest comments	Thought the staff werer very friendly and helpful, a family orientated environment - with children felt very comfortable. The door did not open with the card which was a bit frustrating. Got this fixed at the front office. Door to balcony very heavy and hard to open. We would stay again if in the area. Thanks
