Guest comments	City Waters was an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price. I is also very convenient for the buses, ferry and city shopping. We have actually booked a return visit in a month's time.

Guest comments	Great price for such a central location. Staff were friendly and rooms though slightly older were comfortable, air cond (modern) and added bonus of kitchen with cooking facilities.

Guest comments	If we plan to stay in Perth for more than one night we prefer City Waters as it includes a kitchen for self catering and a table a chairs in the main room. It is old- fashioned but in very good condition, well situated with only a large open lawn space between it and the river. It is only minutes from the city via the free bus service a block's walk away. Parking is available. One of our favourites. The only negative is the smell of what may or may not be insecticide in the kitchen cupboard. We always wash the china and glasses before using them. Overall it is well priced and well managed.
