Guest comments	Plenty of room with heaps of wardrobe/hanging space. Ten minutes walk to Melborne CBD through the Treasury Gardens. Kitchen facilities are very good with all appliances, cutlery and foodware of a good standard. Supermarket, liquor store and cafe in close proximity.

Guest comments	Have stayed in better 3.5 star apartments for less money. The plumbing required attention, the cooktop was not 100% & the kitchen chairs were falling apart. Carpet on stairwell requires replacing. The apartment was situated on the 2nd floor with no lift. I found it difficult carting luggage up & down.
