This was rated as 3 star. I don't know why - I'd give it a four. Room and hotel were clean, modern and efficient. Good restaurants and bar. I didn't use pool or exercise room. I would have liked a few more chairs & tables in the lobby - some place to sit while you wait for someone or something. I don't know about the location in the city - I took tours so I didn't need to get myself to anywhere. I'd recommend it and I'd stay there again.

Only stayed for one night but made to feel very welcome. Staff were efficient and friendly and room was spaceous and clean with comfortable beds. About a 15 minute walk to the beginnning of the shops in Orchard Road but difficult to get a taxi back on a weekend. Coffee very expensive in bar in foyer.
