Guest comments	Yhe hotel is on a busy road that is quite noisy. It is also very close to the Old Quarter which is good.

Guest comments	Rooms on the very busy street are extremely noisy + staff is not always reliable (they forgot the wake up call we asked for) + immediate surroundings are very noisy and definitely not the best spot in Hanoi. Overall, we were disappointed !
