We found the staff very helpful. As we had to be elsewhere for lunch on the day of booking in, they allowed us to park our car in the parking facility ahead of booking in time so we could catch a tram to go where we needed. position very good, we had a room on sixth floor over-looking the "Docklands", very nice.
