General After a tiring day of work or pleasure, guests can relax at the spa pools, available for their relaxation. In addition, round the clock reception service is also provided for your convenience.
This hotel is a little way out of town but has a magnificant view over the lake and mountains - also in a very quiet location. Our only gripe would be the breakfast which was very sparse (continental) and virtually inedible (full buffet). Staff were otherwise very friendly and helpful. If we wanted a quiet stay in Queenstown would stay there again.

We upgraded for $10 to a room with a view of the lake and mountains and it made an enormous difference - it was just lovely.

lake side rooms with wonderful views of the lake, but the rooms were very under furnished. no bedside lamps, ranch sliders that wouldn't lock and very poor lighting. beds comfortable and staff seemed friendly enough.
