Guest comments	We loved the location in the older section of Kyoto, bus connections were close and easy. The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent.

Guest comments	great location,rooms on the small size. Buffet breakfast is good and plentifull. Staff do not speak a lot of english.

Guest comments	We arrived around 2:00 pm and were able to check various rooms on all sides of the hotel. All the rooms were clean and presentable. I wanted beautiful views without afternoon sun. I found what I wanted in the corner rooms. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking through the Gion and walking downtown. After touring all the gardens of Kyoto it is nice to be able to walk to dinner in all directions.
