Staff are very polite and they are very attentive in the restaurant, bar and pool area. They spoke and understood English. Room very clean and amenities replenished daily unlike some hotels don't. Very courteous around the hotel. Free wireless in the room or in the hotel designated computer access room.

Lovely hotel, but service not 5* standard. They are very willing but I don't think they sometimes understand your requests.
