Guest comments	Had booked a standard room but was given upgrade to deluxe room. Room was spacious, very clean, serviced daily...staff were helpful , location brilliant ..tram stops at doorway or 15 minutes walk along parks and gardens to Flinders Street, Yarra river, city centre. Would reccommend to anyone wanting reasonably priced accommodation...with a touch of the classic, old world charm

Guest comments	Even though the hotel is not new, and as you may always understand, BOUTIQUE some how "means" small, old and expesive, its location and poeple are good. Good value for money. I'll stay there next time

Guest comments	Very small room which needs updating,specially the bed. As we don't mind a walk, the centre of Melbourne is not that far. Friendly staff.
