Guest comments	Well located property which is badly in need of some updating and repairs. It was not an apartment but more like a motel room. No fan in bathroom, no handle on balcony door, flyscreen torn, only one cup and no teaspoons, knives etc. Car park entrance is very steep and not enough car parks for number of rooms. Also car parks very tight.

Guest comments	This Hotel was appallingly dirty. Thick dust on skirting boards and the room hadn't been vacuumed, dust on the tiles in the bathroom. A half opened pack of cigarettes together with a beer bottle top was in the draw of the bedside table. Could not find the remote until we moved the lounge (which was in front of the airconditioning outlet) to allow air to circulate and we found the remote along with dust and dirt that had never been cleaned. The double bed sheet had a large old stain which was discovered at midnight. Office unattended too late to complain.
