I was surprised that you changed the way bookings are made. Previously, I made the booking with asia-hotels and would receive the bill from the hotel when I checked out. But now, I have to pay for my stay before I arrive, and if I accumulate any further charges, I have to pay the hotel separately. I don't know why you decided to change the policy. Was it because you had trouble getting the commission from the hotels? I want to avoid as much hassle when I travel. Still, the advantage of booking with asia-hotels is you guys get some of the best rates for the top hotels. For example, the rate I got for the Amara, which I was very impressed with, was top-notch. And as long as you can provide such attractive rates, I would continue to do business with you.
